People at the door
e-Recepce — Self-Service Reception
Visitors and suppliers — via a self-service kiosk, or a visitor management system without one.
We develop the software and design our own kiosks for automating people access and vehicle entry. From visitor registration through truck processing to dock scheduling — as one system, from one manufacturer.
Three scenarios cover most enquiries. The technologies the solutions are built from can wait until later.

People at the door
Visitors and suppliers — via a self-service kiosk, or a visitor management system without one.

Vehicles at the gate
Site-wide access — barriers, licence-plate cameras, driver processing.

Trucks and docks
Time-slot booking, the queue in the car park and guidance to the dock.

Documented briefings
Visitors, suppliers and your own staff — validity, languages and a confirmation you can actually find.

From the gate to the dock, the same system runs every step. That's why the steps connect and nothing is ever retyped from one sheet of paper to another.
A vehicle arrives at the gate or a visitor at the door.
A camera reads the licence plate; the kiosk reads an ID document or the QR code from the invitation.
The system finds the schedule or invitation and creates a record.
It checks authorisation, the validity of the safety briefing and the time slot.
It opens the barrier or turnstile — with no operator.
An LED panel and traffic light send the vehicle to the right place.
Yard Management controls the queue and the order at the docks.
The departure is logged and the full history stays available.
Most suppliers in this field assemble their solutions from third-party components. When you then need to change the way a driver is processed, you wait for the software vendor — who is somewhere else entirely.
We create both the control platform and the kiosk design. That means we can program a process change, adapt the kiosk to your space and source a spare part even years later. And that one supplier is responsible for how the whole thing works, not three.
At the same time, we are independent of security providers. We don't compete with security agencies, so our technology ties you to none of them — you can change your security provider without changing the system.
The PSA control platform, the portal and the modules are all created in-house. We handle custom changes ourselves, not a subcontractor.
The kiosks are our own product — our design, our build and our software. Made in the Czech Republic, colour and design to your specification.
We are not a security agency. Our technology doesn't lock you into a single security provider.
Our technicians go out from our centre in Valašské Klobouky. We don't resell service.
Custom software development, kiosk and control-cabinet engineering, project documentation, electrical installation, system integration, inspections and long-term service — all under one roof.
For you that means one party responsible for the whole, not a chain of subcontractors passing the blame around.
Platform, portal, modules, API integration.
In-house-designed kiosks, control cabinets.
Operations analysis, technical report, detailed design documentation.
Components from different manufacturers in one system.
Behind the barriers and kiosks stand a control platform and a portal that we develop ourselves. In it, the logistics planner schedules deliveries, security sees the queue in the car park and management pulls up the passage history with an export.
It runs in a browser, with nothing to install. After training you can make most changes yourself — and when you can't, our programmers are our own.
We walk the site and describe how it should behave for each type of arrival. Only from that behaviour do we derive the technology.
The kiosk is built to order from our documentation. We plan the installation so the entrance stays open to traffic.
Functional tests, inspections, training — and after takeover, a service regime with a guaranteed response.
Nobody likes an enquiry form with a “describe your requirement” box. You don't know what to write, and we can't tell what we're talking about anyway.
The configurator flips this around: you click how many entrances, which kiosks, whether turnstiles, what level of service — and you immediately see a summary of what you've chosen. One button sends it and you don't have to copy anything out.
You won't see a price there. Without a site survey it would be a number that won't hold anyway — what matters is where you can dig, how far the connection point is and what can be reused from the existing setup. We send the quote once we know what we're talking about.
Kiosk, card dispenser, safety briefing, pre-registration.
Entrances and exits, barriers, cameras, turnstiles, logistics.
Four levels of support, preventive maintenance, inspections, on-site call-outs.
We'll get back to you within one business day — with a proposal, not more questions.
Fuel storage depots, production plants, logistics centres and shared industrial sites. We don't name our customers — we explain why on the references page.
A network of independent sites, one operating standard. Where fuels are handled, logging site access isn't a formality — it's a safety measure.
Read the case studyThe most integrated solution in our portfolio. The gatehouse makes decisions based on data from three different systems, and the driver learns the dock number before reaching the barrier.
Read the case studyOne site, two companies, two separate sets of access rights. A visitor to one company must not enter the other company’s area — even though both use the same entrance.
Read the case studyTell us how many vehicles and people come to you each day and what your gatekeeper does today. We'll come back with a proposal — or first click together a specification in the configurator.
