About the company

We develop the software, design our own hardware and service it ourselves. We keep that whole chain in-house on purpose — it's the only way to truly stand behind the result.

Who we are

Our own product, not a resold box

SECAPRO has been on the market since 2015. We work in the automation of receptions, gatehouses and logistics processes — wherever the movement of people and vehicles needs to be controlled and documented.

What sets us apart from most suppliers in the field is what we do ourselves. We program the control platform, the portal and the modules in-house. The kiosks are our product — our own structural design, our own technology fit-out, our own declaration of conformity. Service is provided by our technicians from our own centre.

What we don't claim: the mechanical fabrication of the enclosure. That's done for us by a Czech partner to our production documentation — we're not machinists and there's no point pretending. The design, the technology, the software and the responsibility for the result are ours.

The practical upshot: when you need to change how a driver is processed, you're not waiting on an outside software vendor. When you need a kiosk in a different colour or height, it's a change to our documentation, not a negotiation with a foreign factory. And when something breaks after five years, we can track down the spare part, because the design is ours.

At the same time, we're independent of security providers. We don't compete with them in guarding, so our technology doesn't tie you to any of them. You can switch your security provider without changing the system — and that's the difference from solutions supplied by the security firm itself.

What guides us

Four principles that occasionally cost us a contract

We don't promise what we haven't verified

We only put an integration with a third-party system into the quote once we know what interface it offers. We'd rather lose a point in the evaluation than trust during delivery.

The budget is itemised

You'll see what the technology costs, what the installation costs and what the documentation costs. A single lump sum sells well but is hard to check.

We label an estimate as an estimate

Groundwork can't be priced without a site visit. We say so — instead of hiding it in the price and billing extra later.

Response time isn't repair time

We say it out loud and in the contract. Better to be clear up front than at the first fault on a Friday evening.

How we work

From enquiry to handover

Site visit and processes

We walk the site and describe how it should behave for each type of arrival. Only then do we derive the hardware from that behaviour — not the other way around.

Quote and documentation

An itemised budget, a technical report, drawings and detailed design documentation, and a network diagram for your IT.

Manufacturing and installation

The kiosk is made to order to our documentation. We plan the installation so the entrance stays passable — at most sites there's no other way.

Tests, inspections, handover

A functional test of every device with its own report, an initial electrical inspection, operator training, and as-built documentation.

Service

After handover, the service regime runs with guaranteed response times, preventive maintenance and inspections.

Let's talk about your operation

It doesn't matter whether you're dealing with a single reception or a site with five entrances. Get in touch and we'll go through it together.
