Who processes the data

What data and why
We process the data you fill in yourself in the form: your first and last name, company name, e-mail, phone and the text of your message.
The purpose is to handle your enquiry — that is, to reply to you and, where relevant, prepare a quote. The legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation at your request and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients.
We do not use the data to send marketing communications unless you give us separate consent to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to cooperation are deleted within 12 months of the last communication. If cooperation arises, the retention period is governed by contractual and accounting legislation.
Who we share it with
The form data is received by our e-mail server and processed by our employees who handle the enquiry.
If the enquiry concerns a solution that will be delivered for you by our business partner, we pass it on to them only with your knowledge.
We do not transfer the data outside the European Economic Area.
What the website tracks
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and embeds no third-party scripts. The fonts and all scripts are stored on our own server, so no other company learns of your visit.
The web server routinely logs technical access data (IP address, time, requested page) to ensure operation and security. We keep these logs for a short time and do not link them to your identity.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to data portability.
We will handle your request within one month. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Office for Personal Data Protection).
