What the records can carry
A record that stands up to incident review
Every passage leaves a record with the time, licence plate and a photo — plus whether it was allowed automatically or opened by staff, and by whom exactly. In a claim, a damage event or a security incident, that is the only thing you can prove.
People leave the same trail: visitor registration with proof of briefing, turnstile passages, a live "who is on site" overview including contractors and drivers. Vehicles are handled by e-Vrátnice with ANPR, people by e-Recepce or the visitor system and Turnstiles and access control.
History can be filtered and exported — for the insurer, an audit or law enforcement you have data, not impressions.
The audit trail contains

Emergency
Know who is inside — and be able to reach them
In an evacuation you need two things: a list of who is present right now and a way to tell them something immediately. A paper attendance sheet or the HR attendance system does neither — they exclude visitors and drivers and nobody walks them round in a crisis.

Will it replace our guards?
No, and we do not design it that way. The system handles the routine at the door and the barrier; supervision, response and the alarm receiving centre stay with the security agency. The result is guarding deployed where it is really needed.
