What it is for
Everything you need for a quote in one place
Before a partner sends a quote, they need three things: a price, a technical document and the certainty that what they are offering can really be deployed at the customer. Usually all of that gets pieced together from e-mails and older quotes.
You ask in plain language, not through a form — "how much would a gatehouse with two entries and an LED panel cost" or "send me the kiosk datasheet".
It calculates from your own price list, not from public prices. You take the result into your own quote.

Other partners are not visible
Every partner has their own space. Other partners' price lists, quotes and inquiries are not available.
It does not make things up
If it does not have a document, it says so and offers to request it. It does not guess prices or technical parameters.
A partner session cannot see SECAPRO's internal materials. The limit is set at the permission level, not by hiding things in the interface.
When something is missing

Not everything is available to everyone. When VISION has no right to a document, access does not open by itself — a request is raised and we decide on it.
